Its been a couple of months since our latest news round up and for that we have to apologise.
We haven’t had many runners since the turn of the year. The two horse’s that have been running on the all weather through the winter have been CLASSIC PURSUIT + MACS BLESSINGS.
CLASSIC has been a bit disappointing since his win at the end of 2018. He has ran back at southwell and also took a trip down to Chelmsford. He’s never really got into any of his races. We decided to give him a change of yards and have sent him to STEF + BARRY KENIRY to see if he can get any of his old spark back. He ran first time for Stef + Barry at the start of this week. He travelled well enough but didn’t pick up like expected over the 6f. We spoke to the jockey David Nolan who said he was keen enough over the 6f and a drop back to 5f with the blinkers back on wouldn’t harm. We will no be looking at races for him on the turf.
MACS BLESSINGS has certainly hit the ground running this year after his gelding operation at the end of last year. He’s ran four times in 2019 and not been out of the prize money winning one, finishing 2nd twice and 3rd once. He remains on a good mark and on a upward curve we feel there is plenty more to come from him this year. Stef + Barry have done a great job with him and fingers crossed he continues to progress.
So the turf season has just about kicked of and were ready to get cracking. We have two 2yr olds working well with trainer IVAN FURTADO by Epaulette and Tagula. It was good to see the first 2yr old winner of the year over in Ireland was sired by Epaulette. Our Epaulette colt looks like hes going to be an early type who should debut at the end of April. Our Tagula colt has been working well at home. We didn’t feel he would be an early type and early signs showed he wouldn’t be early, but since hes been in full training he has flourished and Ivan reports he’s going to be a lot earlier than expected. WE HAVE SHARES AVAIABLE IN THE TAGULA COLT PLEASE CONTACT US FOR MORE INFORMATION.
We are also waiting on EPONA to make her 3yr old debut. She won and placed last year as a 2yr old but with her size and shape she was always going to make a better 3yr old. Keith Dalgleish reports she has come to hand really quick this year and will be running at the end of April. Keith was really positive about Epona and really thinks she can kick on this year which were really excited about.
We have recently purchased two more horses of Stef + Barry Keniry which we are currently doing a deal on for the year. We now have shares available in both horses Betancourt + Spirit of sarwan. These shares are limited to 10 people and we have 7 shares left which are £1500 upfront for 5% in each horse and NO Monthly payments. So for a one of payment you will receive owners badges when either horse runs and also 5% of prize money each horse wins. We feel this is great value for money it works out at over the year £125 a month for your 10% which you will receive full ownership. Both horses will be out and running throughout the year and will be in that winners enclosure without a doubt. 7 PLACES AVAILABLE, CONTACT US FOR MORE INFORMATION firstname.lastname@example.org
